In the PLC, Troop, and Committee meetings last weekend, we reiterated the importance of all Scouts participating in Troop activities, including campouts, district/council events, etc. Rank advancement requires participation in most of these events, and we don't want to be known as the Troop that plans events and then cancels them all the time. We also made it clear that this Troop does not run smoothly with only 1 or 2 adults. All parents must make an effort to get actively involved, whether it's joining the Committee, driving to and from events, staying overnight/camping, or something else that matches their strengths. We need you - all of you!
Our Troop meetings are held on Sunday Evenings 4:30pm - 6:00pm in the SACS Environmental Center, behind Homestead High School.
